24 Hour Fitness will gladly accept returns of:

Apparel - unworn/unused, unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item in the original packaging.

Accessories - unworn, unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item in the
original packaging,

Nutritional Products - unopened and in original packaging.
To receive credit on the above returns, items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. You can expect a full refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to return on your credit card statement.
The original packing slip is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of
purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us. We will
only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective. 24 Hour
Fitness Club locations are not able to process returns. Please note that we do not have the ability
to trace your return. Please refer to your carrier of choice for their tracking services. For your
convenience we provide you with the UPS customer service website, www.ups.com
should you choose them as your carrier.
How to return an item:

Place the merchandise to be returned in the box it was received.

Include the original packing slip to ensure accurate processing for the item(s) being returned.

Note on the packing slip that this is a "Return" and specify what items are to be returned.

Ship using the carrier of your choice
We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. When your return has been received and
processed, we will credit the credit card account used on the original purchase for the amount of
the return, less shipping and any applicable tariffs and taxes.
