24 Hour Fitness myStore Return Policy:

Returns Basics:

We make it simple and convenient to return mystore.com purchases. All mystore purchases must follow the below return process. 24 Hour Fitness clubs will not accept mystore returns. To receive credit for returns, items must be returned within 30 DAYS of the original purchase date. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria in our return policy. We do not offer merchandise exchanges. This policy applies only to purchases made directly from mystore.com and may vary slightly from 24 Hour Fitness club return policy. Please Contact Us with any questions as it relates to our return policy.

  • Health & Fitness Tracking products - opened or unopened and in original packaging.
  • Apparel / Accessories / Shoes - unworn/unused, unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item in the original packaging.
  • Nutritional Products - unopened and in original packaging.

For items that are returned correctly according to our policy, you can expect a full refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to return on your credit card statement.

How to return an item:

The original packing slip is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective. Please note that we do not have the ability to track your return. Please refer to your carrier of choice for their tracking services. For your convenience we provide you with the UPS customer service website, www.ups.com should you choose them as your carrier.

  1. Place the merchandise to be returned in the box it was received.
  2. Include the original packing slip to ensure accurate processing for the item(s) being returned.
  3. Note on the packing slip that this is a "Return" and specify what items are to be returned.
  4. Address the box to:

  5. Ship using the carrier of your choice

We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. When your return has been received and processed, we will credit the credit card account used on the original purchase for the amount of the return, less shipping and any applicable tariffs and taxes.

Defective merchandise

We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective items for full refund or exchange.

    • Explain the reason why you feel the item is defective.
    • Let us know if you would like a full refund or a replacement.
